You may cancel an order or service under the following terms:
For Products: Cancellations are accepted if requested before the item has been shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for a return.
For Services: Cancellations for services must be made at least 7 days before the service is scheduled to begin. Cancellations after this period may incur a cancellation fee.
