  1. Product/Service Not As Described: If the product or service you purchased does not match the description or fails to meet expectations, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

  2. Technical Issues: If you are unable to access or use a product/service due to technical issues on our part, and we are unable to resolve the problem, a refund will be issued.

  3. Eligibility for Refunds:

    1. Refund requests must be made within 14 days.

    2. The product must be unused or the service not yet rendered.

    3. We reserve the right to deny a refund request if the issue is due to customer error or misuse of the service.

    Non-Refundable Items/Services:

    1. Custom products or services specifically tailored to your needs.

    2. Subscriptions after the trial period has expired.

    1. For Products: Cancellations are accepted if requested before the item has been shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for a return.

    2. For Services: Cancellations for services must be made at least 7 days before the service is scheduled to begin. Cancellations after this period may incur a cancellation fee.
